Ezzev

EZZEV Foundation (EF),  based in The Netherlands, is a prominent network foundation with a rich history of supporting youngsters and parents in navigating the current hybrid world. Established in 2005, Ezzev has been instrumental in fostering a sense of autonomy, belonging, and achievement among its beneficiaries. The foundation is committed to enhancing media literacy, challenging disinformation, and translating complex research into practical tools and knowledge for its target groups.

Ezzev’s pioneering didactics on countering disinformation have profoundly influenced European Commission publications. The foundation is also well-versed in managing international projects and handling EU grants, reinforcing its reliability and expertise. It has been a significant contributor to numerous European education projects – see below. Moreover, Ezzev maintains robust partnerships with the Polish Fundacja Citizen Project (in the coalition (adT)) and the Dutch Drog group, reinforcing its commitment to international collaboration and mutual learning. This extensive experience and collaborative spirit make Ezzev a trustworthy and effective player in the realm of education and social integration.

Since 2011 Ezzev was a partner and often (co-)author in the European projects  CDEI (IDentifEYE)Dynamic Identity, IDentifEYETalking about TaboosWeb2learn and ANEMELO. Ezzev supported the Polish projects Dynamiczna TożsamośćDynamiczna Tożsamość – warsztat online jako dialog pokoleń and E-Lab Dynamiczna Tozsamosc. Ezzev was applicant of the European projects OZO and OZO 2.

Ezzev was author of the Commission Pilot Project PPPA-AGEVER-01-2020 that was approved by the European Parliament and by the European Commission. The Pilot Project tender was won by the euCONSENT consortium that was mentioned as a pillar in the Commission BIK+ strategy.

Ezzev’s chairman Onno Hansen-Staszyński was member of the Commission Expert Group on Tackling Disinformation and Promoting Digital Literacy Through Education and Training (E03781).
